Andover – William P. Lozner, age 64, formerly of Colebrook passed away on December 13, 2024 at Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland. He was born on August 22, 1960 in Ashtabula, the son of William C. and Dorothy M. (Woitella) Lozner. Bill was a Truck Driver and Owner Operator brokering with Arms Trucking of East Claridon for over 30 years. He was a member of the Cortland Moose Lodge and loved hot rods/classic cars. Bill enjoyed going to car shows, camping, going to the Blaine family get-togethers and vacations. He liked being outdoors and cruising in his side by side. He loved music and always had music playing no matter where he was. He especially liked spending time with his granddaughter. Bill is survived by his longtime partner April Blaine of Andover, son Ryan (Kori) Lozner of Cortland, granddaughter Sabella Lozner of Chardon, sister Debbie (Dwayne) Manley of Champaign, IL and beloved dog Tazzy. Preceded in death by his parents William C. and Dorothy M. (Woitella) Lozner.
