Theo Balser Obituary
Orwell Twp. – Theo Balser, age 84, passed away at his home on March 23, 2021. He was born on November 30, 1936 in Blakeley, WV the son of Maywood W. and Cora Jane (Proctor) Balser. He was married to Loretta (Carpenter) Balser on May 1, 1956. Theo worked for the City of Pepper Pike for 30 years as the Assistant Service Director for the Street Department.
He is survived by his wife Loretta Balser of Orwell Twp., son Randy (Kay) Balser of Thompson, siblings Greg Balser of FL, Nahum Balser of Seville, Lowell Balser of Chardon, Nehemiah (Audrey) Balser of Warrensville Hts., Eli Balser of Sheffield Lake, grandchildren Jennifer Avila of AZ, Kristen Balser of Thompson, six great grandchildren Cora, Jaiden, Devin, Christian, Grayson and Emma. Theo is preceded in death by his parents one brother and a sister.
