Steven D. Clark

Southington – Steven D. Clark, age 62 passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023 at South Pointe Hospital in Warrensville Heights. He was born on July 3, 1961 in Painesville the son of Billy Ray and Helen Cleo (Miller) Clark. Steven was married to Rita M. (Tackett) Clark on August 27, 1993. He worked for MidWest Materials for 39 years. Steven was a shipping and receiving supervisor/manager. He wore many hats and worked in every department over the years. His free time was often spent with his loved ones watching Nascar or cheering on his favorite teams, The Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes. He is survived by his wife Rita M. Clark of Southington, brothers Billy Ray (Yvette) Clark of Dorset, Dave (Linda) Clark of Wickliffe, James (Maria) Clark of South Russell and Debi (Clark) Furey of Cincinnati, children, Kim (Daniel) Tingler of Newton Falls, Bud (Keena) Sanders of Buckhannon, WV, Tammy Sanders of Girard and John Sanders of Eastlake. Steve has 11 grandchildren, 36 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was beloved by many and spent his life spreading that love to others.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Bill McMinn will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076. Burial will follow at Hartsgrove North Cemetery. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 p.m.  Condolences may be made at painefuneralhome.com
