Orwell Twp. – Ross S. Chace, age71, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Austinburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was born on June 23, 1947 in Warren. A funeral service officiated by Pastor Laurie Krieg will be held at the Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 12:00 pm, with US Naval Honors and burial to follow at Windsor Twp. Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to service at the funeral home from 10:30 am – 11:45. Condolences may be made at painefueralhome.com
