Randallstown – Rosetta Lee Neuer, age 100 died at her daughter’s home on April 29, 2022. She was born on September 30, 1921 the daughter of John and Abigail (McQueen) Montgomery.
A funeral service officiated by Pastor Isaac H. Chappell will be held at Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Saturday, May 7, 2022, 11:00 a.m., burial will follow at Brownville Cemetery, New Lyme Twp. Visitation will be held prior to services from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be made at painefuneralhome.com
