Cleveland – Ronald Ray Lowry, age 84, passed away on July 1, 2021. He was born in Somerset, PA on July 13, 1936 the son of William Roland and Hazel Marie (Stull) Lowry. He was married to Joan (McCoy) Lowry and was an U.S. Army Veteran. Ronald worked for General Motors as a machinist and was a member of the St. John Nottingham Lutheran Church. Ronald had a warm smile and made friends anywhere he went. He loved his wife and his family and never turned down an invitation for dinner or a get together. He will be greatly missed. Ronald is survived by his wife Joan Lowry, children Michael and Steven Lowry, Julie (Lowry) Lukjan, sister Lita Rossodivita, and his favorite niece Carla Strickland, step children Patricia Ann Sulzmann (Paul), Roberta Joan Pignatiello (Rocco), James Michael Ulmann and Robert George Ulmann, grandchildren Collin M Lowry, Stephen B. Lowry and Kiera D. Lukjan, 13 step grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren. A graveside service followed by U.S. Army Honors will be officiated by Pastor Walther Marcis and held at Crown Hill Cemetery, 8592 Darrow Rd., Twinsburg, OH 44087 on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., please meet at the front gate of the cemetery at 9:45 a.m. for the funeral procession.
