Louella F. Somerville

Colebrook Twp. – Louella F. Somerville, age 77, passed at Briar Hill Heath Care on Monday, January 13, 2020. She was born in Farmington on January 28, 1942 the daughter of Theodore W. and Henrietta May (Fairchild) Housel.

Louella was married to Herman Clair Somerville on July 2, 1981. She worked at Kennametal Inc., Orwell as a Press Operator for many years and was a member of the Bristolville Freewill Baptist Church. Louella was an excellent cook and enjoyed baking and making candy.

She is survived by her sister Alice (David) Theriault, aunts Patricia Fairchild Gilbert, Maria Fairchild Brockway, uncle Gerald Fairchild, brother-in-law William (Nancy) Somerville, sister-in-law Margaret Mercer, several nieces and nephews and step children.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Herman C. Somerville, brother Theodore Jr. Housel and sister Francis Housel.

A funeral service officiated by Rev. James Stanley will be held at the Paine Funeral Home, Inc. 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., burial will follow at Meadow Brook Memorial Park, Warren. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be made at painefuneralhome.com
