Lisa Ann Shank

Lenox Township - Lisa Ann (Woutersz) Shank, age 65, passed away at home on Friday, February 17, 2023. She was the daughter of Larry James Woutersz and Delores (Dotson) Woutersz born June 23, 1957 in Warren, Michigan. Lisa married Daniel Shank on June 9, 1984 in Laveen, Arizona. Lisa Shank moved to Ashtabula County more than 30 years ago and quickly became a service oriented member of the community, working with several local organizations including the United Way. Lisa was a diligent Human Resources professional and member of SHRM. She completed her career as a Director of Human Resources at Lake City Plating, respecting and doing right by those she worked with and for. In life Lisa loved traveling, tending to her garden, relaxing by the lake, as well as boating with her family. She enjoyed time with her friends, touring local wineries, and the seasons of Northeast Ohio. Lisa is survived by her loving husband and her three children: Joshua Shank, Jeremy (Claudia) Shank, and Justin Shank. Lisa is preceded in death by her parents, sister Lorna Williamson, and brother Lee Woutersz. A funeral service officiated by Rev. James Stanley will be held at the Paine funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, Ohio 44076 on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., burial will to follow at Gageville Cemetery.
