Windsor – Kimberly May Hammon, age 66, died on Monday, October 14, 2024 at home. She was born in Warren on August 25, 1958, the daughter of Raymond Russell and Sara “Sally” Ann (Drown) Hammon. Kim was a Sales Operation Assistant for MSC/Class C Solutions Group of Davidson, N.C. for 44 years. She was a member of Windsor United Methodist Church and Windsor Historical Society. Kim enjoyed sewing, reading, bowling, Concerts in the Park, taking care of her flowers and being a wonderful aunt. She was very involved with her family and community, volunteering at the Rome Fire Departments pancake breakfast and Wayne Fire Department events. She attended her son’s and grandchildren’s sporting events. Kim is survived by her son Kyle A. (Michelle) Hammon, siblings Russ (Sue) Hammon, Chris (Cheryl) Hammon, Lee (Carolynn) Hammon, grandchildren Bryson and Colton Hammon. Preceded in death by her parents Raymond R. and Sara “Sally” A. Hammon and infant sister Beverly Hammon.
A funeral service officiated by Pastor Laurie Krieg will take place at the Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Windsor Historical Society, 6068 State Rt. 322, Windsor, OH 44099.
