Obituary
North Bloomfield – Kenneth L. Carlson, age 81, passed away at his home on Monday, January 17, 2022. He was born in Warren the son of Alfred E. and Eleanor M. (Kolley) Carlson. Kenneth was married to Joyce M. (Michalski) Carlson on September 15, 1962. He was an U.S. Army Veteran, Owner Operator Truck Driver and in his later years ran Carlson Home Improvements. Kenneth was a member of Escapees RV Club and Teamsters Union. He enjoyed playing cards, the outdoors, coffee with the guys and being with his family. Kenneth is survived by his wife Joyce M. Carlson, children Shelley (Jim) Dolgae of Mecca, Kathie (Doug) Bates Blackman of Madison, Bryan (Lynn) Carlson of Cortland, grandchildren Julie Carlson, Marykathryn (Mike) Rusnak, Danny (Sasha) Marshall, Robert (Mary Kate) Marshall, Leigha and Caleb Carlson, eight great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents and sister Nancy Mehes.
A committal service will be held in the spring at Brownwood Cemetery, N. Bloomfield, OH.
