Karen E Linger

Hartsgrove Twp. – Karen E. Linger, age 52, passed away at UH Geauga Medical Center on December 25, 2021. She was born on March 27, 1969 in Cleveland the daughter of John and Carol (Hlawati) Goelz Sr. Karen worked for Spring Team Inc. in Austinburg for many years. She enjoyed being with her family, watching crime and horror movies, bowling, thrift store shopping, crafting and journaling. Karen is survived by her fiancé John Goodban, children Brittany and Hayden Linger, siblings Bob Goelz, John (Debbie) Goelz Jr., Jim (Brenda) Goelz, Joann (David) Caskey, many nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, sister-in-law Donna Goelz and niece Marilee Goelz.

A funeral service officiated by Rev. James Stanley will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 at 12:00 p.m., visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Condolences may be made at painefuneralhome.com
