Elizabeth (Libby) L. Tryon

Hartsgrove Twp. – Elizabeth (Libby) L. Tryon, age 92, of Hartsgrove passed away at home surrounded by her family on Thursday, May 26, 2022. She was born January 15, 1930, the daughter of Orrin and Hazel (Salway) Bailey. Libby married Buster Tryon on August 4, 1947 and was married for 50 years until his passing in 1998. She was a housewife that enjoyed hand embroidery, gardening and mowing the lawn, but her biggest pleasure was her church and her church family. In her later years she enjoyed porch sitting and watching the hummingbirds. Libby is survived by her children Larry Tryon, Jane McInnerney and Pat Vincent, grandchildren Thomas L. (Chrissty) Tryon, Sharon R. (Greg) Zehe and Jennie R. (Mark) Tredanary, great grandsons Kevin Vincent, Zachary Tryon, Donte and Tonio Tredanary, sister May (John) Biddle, brother Joseph (Christine) Tryon, many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, five sisters and four brothers.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor David Roberts will take place at the Andover Christian Church, 200 Stillman Ave., Andover OH 44003 on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., burial will follow at Sager Cemetery, Bristol Twp., OH. Visitation will be held at Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Rebecca Jane McInnerney to be used for the family’s charity of choice.
