Donald O. Dietrich

Jefferson – Donald O. Dietrich, age 95, passed away at his home peacefully on Saturday, May 9, 2026 with his family by his side. He was the son of John O. Dietrich and Evelyn E. Nye Dietrich.  Donald was born in Cleveland, OH on June 16, 1930.  Donald was married to Delores Blazich Dietrich on June 24, 1950. Donald was a lifelong farmer and had lived on the family farm all of his life. Donald was a Morgan Township Trustee for 48 years, belonged to the Triandria Lodge 780 in Rock Creek, OH, 74-year Master Mason, with over 70 years Royal Arch Mason, a member of the Morgan Hose Fire Department, Rock Creek Conservation Club, and helped build the Union Cemetery Chapel, Rock Creek, OH. Donald is survived by his three children, Donald A. Dietrich, Joan Lucas, Denise Carlson all of Jefferson.  Brother Philip Dietrich, Sister Dorothy Armstrong, 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, 2 brothers, 1 sister (Donald’s twin), son-in-law, 2 sons, 1 daughter and a great grandchild.
