Orwell- Delores A. Griffin passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Blossom Hill Nursing Home at the age of 89. She was the daughter of Rose and Charles Peters and was born on March 26, 1931. Delores was a homemaker and was employed at the Orwell Printing Co. for several years. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She was known for always making “care packages” for her loved ones of items she picked up when she was out shopping. Delores also enjoyed watching her grandchildren when they were in their school activities and sporting events. She is survived by her husband Cloyce Griffin whom she married on February 17, 1964, her daughers: Melody (Darryl) Sprague, Valerie Griffin & Garnet (Bret) Duris, grandchildren: Keshia (Jerry) Bales, Jennifer (Brent) Frank and great-granddaughter Elowen Bales. She was preceded in death by her mother, stepfather, and brother.
A private funeral service officiated by Pastor Luke Meadows III will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Paine Funeral Home, Orwell, OH. Condolences may be made at painefuneralhome.com
