Brady Bogdan Obituary

Rome Twp.--- Brady Michael Bogdan, age 17 years, passed away on August 22nd in Cleveland, Ohio. Brady made the remarkable, selfless decision to become an organ donor just last year. With the assistance of multiple medical teams, his body remained strong and he was able to donate all of his organs and tissue.  A Walk of Life was held at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center on August 23 to honor Brady for his courage and empathy for the fellow human race. Brady was born on April 11, 2006 to Michael Bogdan and Julie Munoz. He was an absolute joy from the beginning. He was happy, sweet, loving and BUSY! He kept all that knew and loved him on their toes. Too many stories to tell, but we are so thankful for the memories. Brady attended Grand Valley Local Schools where he made the best lifetime friends one could have. He enjoyed T Ball and baseball in his early years, though when he started midget football in first grade (due to his size and strength- and totally against League rules) a new passion was found. Brady loved football and all of his teammates. He wrestled and ran track for many years, all to keep in shape for his time on the football field.  His senior year he decided not to play but remained focused on lifting and a diet so high in protein. He was always inclined to tell you any nutritional facts about what you are putting into your body and how to make it better.  Brady would have made an exceptional trainer. His absence will be felt by many but especially by his brother and sister Bryce Bogdan, Carly Bogdan and Tyler Herendeen. Father Michael Bogdan, Julie and John Munoz; Dominic, Klycia, Alex Munoz, Ava Munoz and Mia Munoz.  Grandmother Connie Lee, Uncle Phil and Aunt Sue Bogdan, Katie, Paul and Juliet Bogdan; Uncle Andy and Aunt Patty Bogdan, Brendan Bogdan; Aunt Linda and Uncle Tim Easton, Peter Easton, Jeremy Easton  and Tonia & Rob Kassay, Aunt Christine and Uncle Glenn Smith, Cassie and Dan Plott, Aleshia, Dexter and Spencer Plott; Uncle Jason and Aunt Bobbie Lee, Austin Lee and Kelsey Nolte, Morgan Lee, Caitlin Lee, Brandon Lee, Alyssa Lee;  Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Mike Patton, Hunter and Lindsay Patton, Joanna, Georgina, McKenna Patton and Aswad Robinson, Emma Patton and Garrett Arnold; Aunt Jessica and Uncle Damian Conley, Olivia Conley and Jack Westrick, Isabella Conley and Jake Settlemire, Owen Conley; Uncle Joel and Aunt Miranda Lee, Jackson Lee, many great aunts, great uncles, second and third cousins. We are a large family and Brady loved every minute of it. If you knew Brady you know that he just LOVED. He loved people, animals and creatures, music, fitness, fixing things, understanding and figuring out how something worked. He just loved life and everyone he knew. He always looked for the bright side of anyone and any situation. You know how amazing he was if you knew him. If you didn’t, I’m sorry. He was a one of a kind gem. Brady Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wilma and Pete Bogdan, grandfather David Lee, Great grandmother Margie Slentz Harbert, Cousin Evan Anthony Patton, Andrew Christopher Lee and Alexandra Jayne Wasser.
