Newton Falls – Billy Ray King, age 58, formally of Orwell, passed away at his home on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. He was born on November 18, 1964 in Cleveland the son of William F. and Anna (Barker) King. Billy married Connie (Plesmid) King on December 22, 2015. He worked for Welded Tubes in Orwell and construction jobs in the area. Billy enjoyed fishing, yard sales, baseball, football, gardening and going to flea markets. He is survived by his wife Connie J. King, sons Nicholas (Jennifer Kirk) King, Cole King, step daughters Akealia Melvin, Maria Howser, Jo Jo (Mike) Bradbury, siblings Wesley (Sue) Runion, Angie King, 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents William F. and Anna (Barker) King, brother Benjamin Williams and sister Sherrie Schutz.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation services entrusted to Paine Funeral Home, Inc., Orwell. Condolences may be made at painefuneralhome.com
