Ashtabula – Billy Ray Burtt, age 31, formally of Kinsman passed away at home from an illness on November 29, 2021. He was born on January 13, 1990 in Ashtabula. Billy enjoyed playing video games and reading car magazines. He is survived by his mother Lora (Hurd) Burtt, sisters Jessica and Jennifer Burtt, brother Earl Burtt, six nephews and five nieces. Preceded in death by his grandparents Mable Hurd and Lynn Hurd, Earl Jesse Burtt and Edna Burtt.
