Billi Jo Irwin

New Lyme – Billi-Jo Irwin, age 60, formally of Astor, FL., passed away at her home on Saturday, December 10, 2022. She was born in Warren the daughter of Perry and Marian (Lipps) Irwin on July 29, 1962.

Billi-Jo was a member of the Moose Lodge in FL and Andover Eagles Club. She liked to go fishing, camping, motorcycling, and boating. She was also a supporter of St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.  Billi-Jo is survived by her sisters Dawn (Jeff Lahner) Wiley, of New Lyme, Candeana “Candi” (William) Kemp of Whitwell, TN, Nettie Longoria of TX.  Judy Traver of Fairbanks AK, Kim Lee of Saint Petersburg, FL adopted children Billy (Alyssa) Irwin and Damian Penley, several nieces, nephews and her fur babies Joey and Jake. She is preceded in death by her parents Perry and Marian (Lipps) Irwin and brother Stewart Irwin.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Napoleon Harris will be held at the Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. with visitation prior to service from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Condolences may be made at painefuneralhome.com
