Rome Twp. – Audrey Rose Pennell, age 83, passed away at her home on Wednesday, December 22, 2021. She was born on January 1, 1938 in Cleveland the daughter of Peter J. and Margaret C. (Alexander) Loepp. Audrey was married to Robert E. Pennell on December 31, 1957.
She is survived by her children Dale Lewis, Jean Szakacs, Carol (Lacy) Arnett, Karen Pennell, Sheila Sweeney, Kathleen Pennell, grandchildren Amanda (Kevin) Ruckman, Jason (Angel) Armstrong, Jennifer (Will) Restorick, Meghan (William) Simons, Ethan Arnett, Heather (Bob) Morris, Clint (Taylor) Friend Jr., Alexander Horvath, Justin Sweeney, Beau Sweeney, Christopher (Lisa) Schauer, Victoria (Donald) Smith and several great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Leonard Loepp, four sisters Fay, Illona, Sharon and Arlene.
A funeral service officiated by Pastor Howard Davis will be held at the Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., visitation will be held prior to the service from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. The family request mask be worn by attendees.
