Rock Creek - Albert Russell Sundberg age 86, died at Tripoint Medical Center, peacefully, Saturday morning, October 27, 2018, with his family by his side. He was the son of Albert A. Sundberg and Eva Marguerite Frye born January 8, 1932. Russell was a lifelong dairy farmer, 4-H leader, Honorary Chapter Farmer for the Future Farmers of America, and avid baseball player.
Russell is survived by his 10 children Michelle (Donald) Bircher of Kinsman, Paul of Orient, Sally (David) Hamby of Crawfordville, FL, Wesley of Orient, Glen, formerly of Rock Creek, A. Russell Jr. (Andree) of Lakewood, Roger (Michelle) of Apple Creek, Amy (Darryl) Fisher of Chardon, Mark (Darbie) of Berlin, Janet (Adam) Ellington of Tallahassee, FL, his brother Kenneth of Jefferson, sister Doris Williams of Ashtabula, sister Lillian (Mark) Sherry of Greenville, sister Charlene (Lee) Seuer of Inman, SC, 29 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his infant sister, sister Marilyn Malz, and granddaughter Hannnah Sundberg.,
A funeral service officiated by Paul Sundberg will be held at the Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 6:00 pm. Visitation will be held prior to services at the funeral home from 4:00 pm – 5:45 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the family in care of his daughter Amy Fisher.Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
