Shirley J Milburn

Windsor Twp. - Shirley J. Milburn, age 78, died on Friday, December 20, 2013 at University Hospital Geauga Medical Center after a short illness. She was born on March 29, 1935 in Cleveland the daughter of Frank and Dolores (Rodgers) Unger. She was married to Marvin W. Milburn on August 25, 1955. Survivors include Marvin (Helen) Milburn, Mark (Gayle) Milburn, Diane Pan, Sandra Milburn, and William Milburn, and grandchildren: Melissa, Heather, Tonya, Miles, Gibson, Theresa, and Chris. Shirley was a former school bus driver for the Jefferson School System for 27 years. She attended the Eagleville Bible Church and was a benefactor of TNT Playhouse in Niles. She loved taking care of her family; especially cooking, gardening, and going on trips with them. Her interests included going to the theater, sending & collecting greeting cards, and feeding & watching the birds from her kitchen window, especially the hummingbirds. She liked collecting bells and anything with a butterfly or hummingbird on it. She was a great mother, wife, and human being; she will be missed dearly. She was preceded in death by her true love and spouse of 53 years, Marvin W. Milburn, son Boyd Milburn, and her parents. The family will hold private services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to TNT Playhouse 5883 Youngstown Warren Rd., Niles, OH 44446 in her name. Paine Funeral Home, Inc. 140 E.
