Paul N. Ferry

Orwell – Paul N. Ferry, age 92, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at UH Geauga Medical Center. He was born on July 15, 1925 in Cleveland the son of William K. and Katharine (Campbell) Ferry.

He was married Macel (Shaffer) Ferry. Paul was a WWII Army Veteran serving in Germany. He enjoyed reading, watching sporting events and spending time with his family and his grandchildren.

Survivors include his sons Ray and Jeffery Hart, daughters Carolyn (Howard) Ridgon III, and Shirley (David) Bogner, grandchildren John and Howard K. Rigdon IV, Mark (Lynette) Jr., Brandy, Kathy, Ray Hart Jr., Denise, Matt, Ryan Strock and Chire Bishop, Mary Ann (Doug) Noland and several great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents, wife, sons Paul Ferry Jr., Mark and Leonard Hart, daughter Barbara Olge. 

A funeral service officiated by Rev. James Stanley will be held at the Paine Funeral Home, Inc. 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Friday, October 13th at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Rome Center Cemetery with US Army Honors. Visitation will be held prior to the services from 10:00 to 10:45am.
