Gary Lee Starkey, Jr.

Orwell - Gary Lee Starkey Jr, age 39, formerly of Windham as well as Trumbull County & Portage County died November 12, 2018 at Geauga Regional Hospital.  Gary was born on February 2, 1979 in Ravenna, Ohio the son of Gary (Linda) Starkey Sr. and Charlotte Simons Starkey.  

Gary loved hunting, fishing and especially loved riding his Harley.

Gary is survived by his parents, his children; Hailey Stebner, Blake Stebner, Samantha Starkey, Clara Starkey, Wyatt Starkey, & Lillian Barbosa, his siblings; Jesse Starkey (Jody), Francis Starkey, Lucy Chatfield (Tim), Richard Chatfield (Kristal), Cody Chatfield (Miranda), Shawn (Rebecca) Osmon & Shannon (Adam) Garner.  His brother by choice James (Mallory) Harvey and his girlfriend Heather Olah and children by choice Shaianne Olah (Tyler) and Chayton Althar (Destiny) as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, his sister Melissa and brother Cory, uncles Paul & Donald.

Gary was excited about becoming a “Peepaw” to a grandbaby soon and to one in heaven.

Friends and Family may visit on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 4:00 pm – 6:45 pm at Paine Funeral Home, Inc. 140 East Main Street, Orwell, Ohio 44076.  A brief prayer service officiated by Pastor Patrick Mitchell will be held at 6:45 pm. Following Gary’s wishes a cremation will be conducted after the services.
