To the Chronister Family:

I was so sorry to hear of Madeline's passing. She was my Sunday School teacher when I was in the 4th and 5th grades. On the first Sunday of the month, I would always come into her class late because my mother and I had been preparing the communion trays for that morning's service. Madeline always made sure to explain to the rest of the class that this was why I was late. It was so thoughtful of her to notice that I was self-conscious about coming in after class had started and so kind of her to try to alleviate my embarrassment. She had such a gentle heart. My sincere condolences.

My heart was greatly saddened to learn of the Homegoing of your dear mother, and mother-in-love with whom you have shared much.

Although your heart is heavy, rest in the assurance that your loved one is now with The Lord Whom she loved and served so faithfully through many years.
