Frances V Supplee

Ashtabula - Frances Supplee, age 97, formerly of Morgan Twp., passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Silver Sands Assisted Living in Ashtabula.

She was born on October 7, 1919, in Clinchco, Virginia, the daughter of Ignatz and Bessie Vince and was a 1938 graduate of Orwell High School.

In her younger years, she enjoyed gardening, reading, crocheting, and watching the Cleveland Indians.

Survivors include two children, Janice of Jefferson and Joan (John) Kochy of Middlefield and two grandchildren, Josh Kochy and Brandy (Chris) Luczywo, and a sister Irene Vince.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Walter, in 2009, a son in infancy, and brothers Ig, John, Victor, and Steve, and sisters Isabelle Vince, Mary Obal, Helen Poyar, and Julie Lowery.

Funeral services will be held at the Paine Funeral Home, Inc. 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Monday, May 1, 2017 at 10:00 am. A brief visitation will held at 9:30am until the time of service. Burial will take place at Rome Twp. North Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice of the Western Reserve and the past and present employees of Silver Sands who took such good care of Frances.
